About Charles C. Hubbard Charles received formal photography training at the Naval Schools of Photography and Rochester Institute of Technology. During his Navy career, he received 9 Chief of Naval Information Merit Awards for Photographic Excellence. A degree in Computer Graphics was earned at The International Academy of Design where additional awards were received for outstanding corporate designs. Charles is an active member of the Tampa Area Professional Photographers Association. Mr. Hubbard's photographic experience includes formal portraiture, corporate photography, awards and presentations, aerial photography, forensic photography, architectural photography, photojournalism, and technical photography which was further perfected while employed at an engineering and planning corporation in Tampa. Charles started digital photography in 1991, using the first commercially available digital SLR camera, the Kodak DCS 100. Graphic skills include multimedia presentations, image manipulation, design and layout, pre-press and wide format printing. We take pride in providing quality photographic products for my customers.
